The Carpaccio di Manzo is also quite delightful and goes for $15.95. The Italian restaurant also offers a wide selection of antipasti such as the Crostino Di Tonno which goes for $16.50 and comprises mozzarella stuffed with mascarpone cheese over vegetables, olive oil, oregano, lemon, and seasonal tomatoes. However, this is just the tip of the iceberg of what Tra Di Noi has to offer. Made by the Chrome Hearts family, this drink reveals its rich nature from the first sip and continues to be more delightful with every proceeding sip. It would be a great idea to pair your meal with a delightful drink such as a bottle of 2008 St. After all the weight you’ll gain, your only concern might be buying long term care (and don’t wait!) Although this does not compare to most of the delicious treats on the menu, the carrot/cauliflower mash that serves as the meal’s foundation is a knockout. The meals are very generous and by the time you get to the Red Snapper with white fig toppings sauced in Moscato wine, you will already be primed. The meals are paced somewhere between the lingerie dishes common among Italians and the American version of dining. The time between dishes is perfect, allowing you to have delightful digestion. The great thing about Tra Di Noi is that the establishment values attention to detail. After finishing your bowl enjoy another lined with delicious Gnocchi, tossed in exquisite lobster sauce and light as a whisper. The Short Rib Rigatoni sprinkled with cubed Ricotta Salata is sufficiently rich and incredibly meaty. It is a fresh and light way to pave way for the more generous pasta courses. The Curly Endive, cucumber, sliced mushroom, and cherry tomato in lemony vinaigrette are speckled with red quinoa and served on a puddle of plain yogurt. Despite the popularity of yogurt in Italy, it is more often than not associated with other cuisines. For example, the Quinoa salad comprises ingredients that are not common in Italian-inspired restaurants. The platter of Calamari is served with some breading and the undercoat of spicy aioli with balsamic reduction dabs works perfectly with the tender sea critters. Tra Di Noi’s menu also features a wonderful selection of hearty fish and meat entrees, and unique pizzas such as the pumpkin pizza with saba, brown butter sage, pecans, roasted pumpkin, mozzarella, and ricotta. Try a variety of classic pasta and risotto dishes including Ortolana risotto with parmesan cheese and spinach, ravioli rosa, and spaghetti carbonara.
